Our history...

Saint Gregory School was born as a preschool in 1984. By 1986 it opened the Elementary and finally in 1995 the High School. It is now, 28 years later a well rounded institution that sees students all the way from preschool through to eleventh grade.

On July 10, 1986 Saint Gregory School was recognised and authorised by the "Consejo Superior de Educación Pública". A year later in 1987 it was accepted into the Private Education Committee (A.C.E.P. in Spanish). During the years 1994 and 1995 Saint Gregory School joined both UNESCO and the International Educators for Peace program.

Today's campus was first built in 1993. It is located on the main road to Tres Ríos. Since then it has continually grown and improved providing the perfect environment for students to grow academically, physically, and emotionally. Starting at the earliest ages and going from Early Care to the upper levels in High School, Saint Gregory ensures that its students graduate not only with an excellent academic record but with all the necessary 21st Century skills to provide them with happy and successful lives.

Saint Gregory School is a fully bilingual school; both English and Spanish are taught from the earliest of ages. Students also become fluent in French by the time they finish High School and as an optional skill Mandarin courses are offered as well.

Order, Discipline, Values, and Quality are Saint Gregory's four main qualities. They are the founding elements of the school's educational philosophy. These four standards are the building blocks for our mission and vision statements.

Mission Statement: "To educate with passion because education is the best legacy".
